"Mommy hit Addi!!! No hit Addi, Mommy." when she was being spanked for hitting and kicking
"Addi one two sooo pretty!" Meaning: Her pigtails look really pretty.
"Belba mean to hids. No Belba outside!" She doesn't like Bella barking at the kids playing in their backyard.
"Almost done, Mommy. Addi tie Mommy shirt." Addilyn feels that she should be the one to tie my maternity shirts, not me
"Addi toot Mommy. Addi toot came out Addi tush." We use the word 'toot' for 'fart'. :)
"Mommy, shhhh. Baby go nigh-night."
"Friends coming!!! Addi sit here, foot this right here. Friend no fall. Friend sit by Addi." interpretation: Small group is about to start so her friends are coming to play and she wants one of them to sit next to her. But, since the other chair is bigger, she'll keep her foot on it like Mommy does to keep them from falling.
"Daddy, Addi miss Daddy. Hug." This is what Addilyn said to Derrick in the middle of dinner tonight.
Her two most used phrases (other than, Mine! or Addi do it!) are: "No work Daddy." and "Noise?" She doesn't like her Daddy to go to work and wants to understand every. tiny. noise.
My favorite: "Mommy little!" :)
But, she's starting to learn humor and told Daddy he was a girl (followed by laughter) right after that...So, maybe she wasn't flattering me and my huge pregnant self!
As you can tell, she's become quite the chatterbox (and I want to remember a few things she said when she was barely 2). She's always singing or talking-it's really amazing.
