Josiah patiently waiting for Grandma and Grandpa to get here. Then he fell asleep about 10 minutes before they arrived.
Thursday morning.
If you know anything about Derrick's parents...you know this scene is really unusual. Usually, they are up early 'trying' to be quiet (i think secretly, they are making a little noise hoping someone wakes up soon!) while they get dressed and ready for the day. Josiah's decided sleeping all night sounds fun (YAY!) which is making him wake up earlier...and Addilyn woke up early saying, "the sun wake up tiny? addi see mama, papa now? go zoo? see polar bear swim like fish?"
Off to the zoo!
Papa stayed behind and built us a fence..pictures of that coming soon.
First stop at the zoo-the Polar Bear.
Then onto the carousel

Choo-Choo rides
While Addilyn and Mommy took a break from seeing animals to play on the playground, Grandma got some Josiah time in while Addilyn was occupied. ;)
Last thing to do for the day-ride the carousel, again.
This time with Mommy and Josiah too. :)
Mommy was ordered to RIDE, so Grandma (excitedly I might add) got to hold Josiah and stand next to Addi.
We were at the zoo from 10am-4pm with perfect kids. Didn't hear a whine all day!! What a fun day to share with Grandma! :)
