Our Family
We are a family of four in Kansas City who recklessly love each other and Jesus Christ. We are so thankful for His love and His plans that are far better than our own.
Our oldest, Addilyn.
She's a smart little girl who LOVES coloring, letters, and playing pretend. She's a total first born loving organization, things 'neat and tidy', to be in charge, and isn't a big fan of change. Cinderella is her favorite and she can spend hours a day playing pretend with her dolls. Our little Momma truly is an amazing big sister, almost always looking after her little brother and caring about his well being.
Our little man, Josiah
This little guy loves dogs and balls and at this point in time is really only completely happy when his activity includes one or both of those things. He is a great eater, amazing snuggler (especially with Mommy) a total mess, professional high-fiver, and expert destroyer of all things neat and tidy. Loves his sister and looks everywhere for her when she's not around.

Married in 2005. He's a Pastor, she's a mom. We are loving this period in our lives and all the time we get together as a family (even though it means not much money). We are excited for our lives to be forever changed by adoption and seeing a part of another country, even more than they were changed by becoming parents. Our favorite date night is getting the kids to bed early (or at least on time!) on Tuesdays for time to talk without interruptions, usually with some dessert to eat, and an episode of Parenthood.
