Before we left to head home, we got out as much of the kids energy we could. We walked to a park close by Grandma and Papa's house and played for awhile.
And then we needed a good snuggle nap before we hopped in the car (Sissy was out jumping again). It wasn't long, but it was great.
Then we played, ate lunch, and left. The ride home wasn't awful...but there weren't long naps like I expected (neither kids slept incredibly well at Grandma and Papa's-Addilyn woke up at the crack of down to make sure she got time with just Grandma in and Josiah woke up constantly throughout the night).
