Eating

I'm sure I've mentioned it before...Josiah has had a very hard time gaining weight and really wanted nothing to do with most foods until recently! He's finally eating enough that I'm not worried about his size. He's still small. Still is just barely past 20 pounds at nearly 15 months but-now he's eating.
His favorite foods are spaghetti sauce (homemade-he prefers the tomato chunks and meat, like his Momma!), pumpkin muffins, bananas, granola bars, deli meat, grapes, crackers, and watermelon. He eats a lot of other foods-but those are the favorites.
We went to the occupational therapist recently for a feeding clinic/eating evaluation (he was actually referred by two different doctors because everyone was worried about our little guy). The week before we went, Josiah had lost more weight when we went to weigh at the BF group. The lactation nurse there told me to write everything down that he tried, refused, and eaten and at what time for the next week to try to save me another appointment so we could get help quickly.

I prayed a lot about it and (no joke!) as soon as I started writing things down that day, he ate each and everything I gave to him. By the time we met with the OT a week later, he was eating completely age appropriate foods without a single concern. When I explained what he was doing just weeks before she told me he would have been coming to therapy regularly to help him. Now I struggle to keep him full-I'm constantly looking for foods for him to eat!
