In the mood for a picture overload? Ok, good!
Here you go!
Easter started a little early at our house when we got our Easter baskets from Grannie and Pops.
Then we dyed Easter 'eggs' (dot markers on coffee filters)
Seemed like a much cleaner, easier, smarter way to dye eggs since none of us like hard boiled eggs. ;)
Easter morning at church.
Have to say...We had a wonderful Easter. This was the first holiday we spent completely without family that I didn't feel like we were just 'making the best of it'. We had a great time, just us. We would have loved to be with either side of our family (since both my family and Derricks were all together just missing us) but it feels good to just have some things our family.
My very Easter food is Reese's Easter eggs. Those are not dairy free and I wasn't willing to give them up. Good thing I found this recipe! ;) May not be a good thing that I can now make them whenever I want to...
Addilyn on the Easter egg hunt with her preschool class.
Checking out her Easter basket. Egg shaped chalk, a puzzle, and a sucker. She never asked who it was from, we never told her. Our house won't be a bunny rabbit house. Something about a huge bunny coming in and hiding things and eggs seems MUCH more creepy than Santa Claus. ;)
Didn't care so much about the toy and puffs. Loved the fake grass.
Easter Egg Hunt at home. She's such a nice big sis she offered to find her eggs and Josiah's since he can't walk yet. ;)
What's that you said? We need to cut our grass? Nah....
Favorite face this month.
Had fun watching Sissy find all the eggs.
Beautiful. Even if Mommy did accidentally scratch her earlier this week ('MOMMY! You need cut you nails. 'Dey sharp!')
Love this kid. And her energy.
He was interested in playing with the eggs. :)
Family Picture.
Josiah, making sure I wasn't going anywhere. Don't worry buddy. I wouldn't dare.
haha. I'm sure everyone is tired of pictures now but this one just makes me laugh.
Our seriously cute baby.
