7:15pm-Josiah gets tired, starts rubbing his eyes, etc. In jammies, new diaper, lotioned up, vitamins. Bring him downstairs to nurse, quiet play a little
7:30/7:45ish: back up to read a book, pray, and sing songs. Lay him in bed. Until recently, he'd cry for about a half hour. Now he doesn't usually cry at all! Yay!!!
8/8:15pm: Addi bed time. Go Potty. Brush Teeth. Jammies and Pull up. Measure. In Bed: 2 Books. Prayer. Song. Sleep. Seems pretty exact huh? Yep. It is. But, she'll make it last ffffooooorrrreeeevvvveeeeeerrrr.
11pm: Josiah up. Nurse, back to sleep.
2am: Addilyn up, in our bed. (I was still very asleep, thought it was much later than it was...this does not normally happen, she goes back to bed until about 5am-by then we'll take whatever we can get)
2:30a: Josiah up. Nurse, back to sleep. (woohoo-he slept longer than 2 hours!! that hasn't happened in awhile!)
-Addilyn kicking me in the head, taking over the whole bed. There's a reason we don't live by the 'family bed' philosophy.
4a: Josiah up. Nurse, Back to sleep.
5a: Josiah up, Nurse, back to sleep. (this was the first morning in a week I got him to go back to sleep at 5! Usually he's up for good.)
6a: Addilyn up (latest she's slept for a week.)
6:05a: Josiah up.
Daddy kindly takes them both downstairs so I can sleep (he sleeps through pretty much everything at night unless I hit him like 10 times).
7:15a Momma up. Nurse Baby. Then Daddy leaves for a meeting.
Crazy to think they both slept in, huh? This has been going on for the majority of Josiah's life. Not usually with Addilyn in our bed but it's not unusual for her to wake up in the middle of the night. No wonder I'm so tired... I'm not really going to miss this, am I?
Maybe we'll see more of this tonight, we can hope, can't we?
Well, Addilyn just fell while trying to brush her teeth with Daddy...Gotta go!
